VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Had them come out and check out my commercial hvac unit. The tech spent maybe 10 minutes with a volt meter and said there is nothing specifically wrong with it it's just old and you need a new one. Then sent me a quote for a $13k GAS unit when mine is electric, when I called a different company they came and actually checked out the unit and found the issue and had it fixed within a few days for under $500.
