Scale house lady needs to find an other job. bad attitude all the time , very unprofessional. Bad customer service.
Theyve changed the lingo from "giving a driver the treatment " over to "givinf em this special" still the same old joke of a pit and still the same bad attitude. Val in the scale house is rude with drivers and mean for no reason. Whole place should be shut down. Loader was on his phone while driving the loader across the pit have the whole thing on video already sent to osha and msha check and mate. They're still at it a driver asked for 30 ton in his lead and 22 in his pup only to get loaded 40 in the lead and 12 in the pup... read more
