Several factors have led up to giving them a 1-srar rating. But after the last two times I've been there, they avoided helping me and they knew I needed help finding the products. Simple questions certain employees weren't willing to answer or even fart in my direction or other customers when I was last there. So today I reluctantly called to see if they had certain seeds i wanted to plant, and they put me on hold and eventually hanging up because i was on oerma hold. So I called back after 15 minutes. Above and beyond from start to finish. The team handled some tricky details that I hadn't even thought to ask about, and the result was better than I expected. Communication was excellent throughout the project — they kept me informed without me having to chase them down. Will recommend to anyone who asks.
