My wife ordered N7 Black Garlic Tonkosu Ramen today 5/2/2025. Ramen soup was cold. Server Paul was arguing and justifying why the soup was cold. No apologies. I ordered the soup when they first opened. It was great, not any more. Ramen is hot soup even if it were ordered as take out!
