We have retail and wholesale departments as well as commercial and domestic service departments. Our focus is always to provide the best products and the best customer service possible. We sell commercial espresso machines and coffee house supplies, plus home espresso products, coffee beans from Bay Area boutique roasters, and tea leaf and tea products. We offer our mobile service for commercial accounts. We work on most home machines in our shop.

I found the water pump that I need it to fix my machine here. Extremely fast shipping and good communication 👏. Great infusion is the way to go if you need help with your espresso machine 😉 . Great people 👍.
This is the first time using GI. I found working with Great Infusions was an amazing experience. They did a nice job working on my Rocket R 58. I live about and an hour a way. My dentist is in San Jose. I had a root canal. When I finished with the RC. I called them to see if they could stay open a bit later for pick up. This saved me a two hour drive. They said yes! Thank you so much🙏🙏🙏 I believe my R58 works better then when I purchased it new!

First off Sebastian and the I believe his name to be Dale, are amazing. The shop is second to none, I consider Sebastian a person friend who kindly invited me into the world of espresso. I have referred countless people for machines, repair, amazing beans and all of them have said what a great place. Lifer over here.
