Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. Sebastian repaired my espresso machine quickly, explained the issue clearly, and charged a fair price. My machine is working perfectly again—highly recommended!
Been using Sebastian and Great Infusion for probably about 15 years now for a variety of machines and grinders I've had over the years. Have never had to bring one back after service for something still existing, and I feel like it's fair pricing overall. Definitely recommend!

Great Infusions is the ONLY shop that I trust with service and repairs to my espresso machine. Sebastian is a true master and his work is timely, fairly priced and effective. It is clear that he takes great care and pride in his work. My only regret is that Google only allows 5 stars as Great Infusions is deserving of more!
