I am the proud, picky owner of a Bezzera Magica machine. For over a decade, I took the Magica for maintenance in LA because I couldn't find anyone in Carmel I trusted to service it properly. I was thrilled to find Great Infusions. Not only did I cut my drive time from six hours to one hour; but the routine service was more comprehensive, substantially less expensive than my original vendor in LA AND most importantly - the Magica has never performed as well!
I’ve taken our family’s Quick Mill machine here a few times over the years. You can expect fairly priced, immaculate service, in a reasonably quick time frame. A well-earned 5 stars.
Great Infusions has been servicing our espresso machine for many years, keeping it on the road. Before we found them, we'd been sending the machine to NYC or Seattle for servicing. Happy to have a local resource and highly recommend!
I brought my profitec prosumer machine in to Sebastian. It really needed work after a couple of years being ignored. He did a brilliant job getting it working again, replacing the seized up boiler and replacing gaskets, recalibrating all the pressures. The machine is as good as new. It’s good to know there is someone who can fix our beloved espresso machines!
