My family and I have been taking our espresso machines to Sebastian for years. He does an excellent job for maintenance tune-ups and more complicated repairs. He works quickly and really knows what he is doing; highly recommended!
I've had a few maintenance events with my Rocket espresso machine and Sebastian just resolved the most recent one last week. As always, I got my beloved machine well taken care of, knobs feel smoother and the failed pump was replaced. Sebastian clearly communicated what work was he performing and when the unit was ready. By being in the shop and talking to him I can tell his level of craftsmanship is absolutely top of the line.
