I love the customer service and the attention to detail the girls pay when doing their work.
I liked this establishment when i first started going but once you become a regular, the services get worse and worse i came yesterday to get a lash fill by monica who is normally sometimes sweet but yesterday my visit was terrible I normally get a lash full set then in a few weeks I come and get a fill when needed Ms.monica refused to fill my lashes in and said shes not gonna do fills for me every time when i dont get fills every time i get full sets then fills weeks later when its time! Monica is the best
My eyebrow clean up was rushed and took way too much. Heart broken this morning. When checking in, it gave me a long wait time, and I happily sat patiently. She pulled me while someone else was "processing," I believe, and agreed just to pull the extras and clean up. My brows look like I got bullied with tweezers in 2002.
