I can’t say they do sell excellent products. My first time buying experience was not that great at first due to a salesman but you can’t let one bad apple ruin the rest the rest of their salesman and people that work there are awesome even The Owner. I definitely recommend going there. Just don’t have Bob come do your estimate but anyone else there top-notch
Worst place ever to order windows Bob their window guy will rob you if you give him a chance he’ll come out to an estimate and then when you decide you want to get the windows, he supposedly comes back out and does the estimate again because he’s gotta get the sizes right because he charges you for bigger windows and then pockets the difference We ordered some windows. for a customer on and we actually gave him his own estimate with his name on it from where he came out then after the windows came in wrong he tried to say he... read more

I would definitely recommend finding another company as well. Their salesman Bob Grant when he comes and does an estimate he really don’t actually measure the window. He guesstimates it to the next size bigger and then if you happen to decide to want the estimate, then he will come back out and do another measurement supposedly Anyhow he gives you an estimate sheet. Spent a lot of money with these people to get some window sashes gave them their own estimate that they came out and did for a customer of mine a year ago gave them their own paper to order it from windows came in two of the windows. Wrong size will not claim any responsibility of any wrongdoing of their own and basically don’t wanna give me no money back or work with me in anyway, to get the right windows when it was clearly their own fault I do not recommend these people to anybody.
