Prices have gone up while portion sizes have gotten smaller. You get a few slices of meat on your sandwich now. Online ordering is hit or miss, meaning often times, they don't check the printer for orders. You show up to pick up your order and they haven't even started it yet because it was "sitting on the printer". Staff is clearly overwhelmed and could use some extra hands to get food out efficiently. I used to come here at least once a week, but will no longer due to the increased price for a less amount of food.
$13 for a pastrami panini with 2 slices of low quality pastrami. Will not be going back to this business again

The bread here is very good and the sandwiches are great. But the strength of this location is the staff - personable and professional during every visit. They get your order right every time, they are friendly, and they are FAST. Call in ahead of time and you'll be in and out with your food in 5 minutes.
