Absolutely terrible experience. There was zero communication throughout the entire process—I had to constantly chase them down for updates. When I finally got my car back, the original issues were still there, like they didn’t do anything at all. To top it off, a very rude woman at the front desk made the entire experience even worse with her attitude. The craftsmanship was awful—sloppy work and nothing was actually fixed. Total waste of time and money. Avoid this place at all costs.

Worst mechanic shop in woodstock, was there for almost 2 hours, only for an oil change and spark plugs, the "owner" comes out and try to charge me $250 even tho i supplied all the material needed, she said it was 2 techs that did the job, i said its a 1 tech job for 30 minutes of work, and they kept going to work on another truck and counted that timr on me, NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.
