Wonderful venue for sub 80 guests The fireplace room can comfortably seat 65(with plenty of leg and shoulder room) but you can squeeze in up to 78 if you wanted to. We chose rows of 4 and 5 to leave more room for the isle walking. In the ballroom we used 9 round tables (72seats) plus a head table, 3 8 foot tables as a food table and a gift table as well with room for two more round tables if you wanted more guests.
