My granddaughter received 5 lessons/gift certificates for Christmas 2021. She has only been able to use one. I cannot get anyone to respond via email or phone and scheduling via the website is not working. When the gift certificates were purchased they said they could accommodate us spring 2022. She only had one lesson and haven’t been able to schedule since. I don’t even need a consistent appointment which I communicated in one of my many emails. I cannot get a response from anyone. I ride their! Probably the best barn ever the teachers are super sweet and so are the helpers the horse pastures outside are very close and its not a long walk to get their!
