I bought 3 pairs of glasses earlier in the year I was very happy with customer service, quality, and how quickly I received my glasses. I did have some trouble with the lens on one pair and had to have them repaired which they did on the spot, the third time I went in they actually sent away for new frames, I experienced the same problem with the new pair, when I took them in they fixed right there and told me to pick out another pair free of charge, I said it wasn’t necessary if the glasses were fixed and they actually insi... read more
Rock bottom prices & wonderful service Barb & her team were infinitely patient with my indecisiveness. Barb was able to select & offer excellent suggestions as to frame design & colour that would be the most flattering choice. She’s got great intuition & prediction skills. The selection of frames was wide, ranging from interesting, edgy and contemporary to more conservative styles. All in all a great shopping experience. I’ll be back.
The women who work there are very kind, I’m not sure what her name is, but one of the ladies who worked there was helping a lot in picking glasses that looked right on me, and was just generally nice to talk to while I scrolled around!
