Both times we in the store Rachel was very helpful in helping us choose the right frames and helping us determine what suits us. She was also great in explaining how the cost works. We would definitely recommend her and the store. This was my second time purchasing at the store but different location.
Service is great, friendly, and most repairs are free. That's why my whole family has been going to them for years and won't go anywhere else.
I’ve shopped here for a few years and have found the staff very friendly and helpful, from trying to untangled bent frames, to finding older frames in a drawer that fit my favourite older Lenses. Never any pressure, just kind people.
