I’ve been bringing my vehicle here because the staff works hard and genuinely cares about doing a good job. They take their time to make sure the car is clean inside and out, and the team is always friendly and professional. The attention to detail and customer service keep me coming back. If you’re looking for a hand car wash that takes pride in its work, this is definitely a place worth trying.

I went last week to get my car washed and they took about 1 hour to clean due to their pressure washers not working. However there was no apologies or communication on timing. In addition, I got charged for a full service and I had paid for the tire dressing, however they ran out? How do you run out of tire dressing at a car wash? Then I asked the worker, why wasn’t tire dressing applied, and he stated “to go talk to the lady”. I didn’t have time for this after waiting for over an hour to get a wash. “I had a great experience here. My cat peed on my passenger seat with perforated NuLuxe upholstery, and when I called, they took the time to explain exactly how they would treat it and gave me a clear price estimate upfront. I really appreciated that they also accept walk-ins, which made things much less stressful. They were very pleasant to talk to, and as an added bonus, they gave me a free car wash while treating the seat. Excellent customer service—I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need detailing!”
