(09-05-26) I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but the job they did on my car was absolutely terrible! You would think they would do a good job early in the morning when it’s not busy, but the job they did was unacceptable! I paid for the top wash and my tires barely had any shine! Windows were still dirty! The black trimmings on my car weren’t wiped down correctly! They didn’t even bother to take the dead bugs off my front Bumper! Haven't had the interior of my car detailed since I bought it in 2022. This place did an amazing job! It looks brand new inside. Staff is very friendly and completed the cleaning within 2 hours. Highly recommend
I got my car detailed inside and out. The last time I saw my car look this good is when I got it off the lot nearly 15 years ago. If you live in Chicago and looking for a reliable car detailing spot, I’d recommend Great Gatsby for sure. Friendly staff, decent pricing, and a job well done!
