This agency is completely non-responsive to policy questions and concerns. It's just a matter of time before they get hit with an E&O claim.
Stay away from this company at all costs!!! Unbelievably terrible service and shady business practices from Monarch. I was stuck with them from the insane Florida seemingly required third party insurance sales… They try to force you to write statements pre-agreeing to allow them to weasel out of paying for expensive portions of possible future claims before you even sign on with them. Will never work with this company. They will never payout on any claim from storm damages. Horrible people will pester you fron information on a claim then turn around and deny any claims payout.
