Travis is the sales man that helped with ordering our counters. I had sent him an email with the quartz countertop I was looking for. He pulled samples that they had there in the store. We ended up going with something similar to what I had emailed him. Todd was the one who made the counter template and installed. Todd was great to work with. Our counters look amazing!! Thank You So Much

Horrible customer service, the pruduct looks really good but thier quality of install was very poor. I just painted my house prior to the install and they scuffed up my walls took paint off of corners and damaged base boards. I would not recomend Great Floors to anyone unless you want to be insulted and told they dont do anything about damage they inflict. They sent a representive to our house to see the damage and even though he agreed that it was bad, simply told us that its not thier resposibillity after raising he voice ... read more

We love our quartz counter-tops! We got a great deal in their remnant section and they held it for quite a while until our kitchen was ready. The installers were so professional and very kind. I believe their names were Jordan and Dave. They were a great team and did and excellent job!
