I would highly not recommend this place. It’s difficult to get ahold of anyone to get an appointment. They just send you straight to voicemail, then when you go in person it’s barely anyone in office maybe they all take break at the same time? I’m not sure exactly but they need a few people to take calls at all times, to make sure every voicemail is heard. You are working with vulnerable women who are pregnant or postpartum. Got an appointment and had a thorough history even though my concerns were mostly dismissed and I waited 45 minutes in the room before being seen. I had an ultrasound ordered but that was a month ago and nobody has called with my results and my doctor, who I had seen once, retired. Guess I’m just SOL. Oh, and don’t expect any electronic health records or portal. Everything is paper only.
I've been going here for a while now and I struggled to get them to listen when I said something was wrong with my cycle. I kept telling them I couldn't keep track of it and that it's always hurt really bad. It wasn't until one of my cramps caused me to lose consciousness that they finally took me seriously.
