Melissa in Kyla Grimes office is unprofessional, extremely incompetent and rude. The billing office is even worse. Will not return my phone calls.
Getting ahold of anyone is impossible. No calls back after leaving voicemails. Got denied service due to thyroid. Got my thyroid levels to healthy and now cannot get anyone to contact me. Absolutely unprofessional
Have been using GFOBGYN since I was 18. Am well into my 40s now. They have guided me through the process of two "advanced maternal pregnancies-aka geriatric" as well as an angel baby. Every single person here is so compassionate and passionate about helping. My kiddos see provider here also for their pediatric needs.
