Got an appointment and had a thorough history even though my concerns were mostly dismissed and I waited 45 minutes in the room before being seen. I had an ultrasound ordered but that was a month ago and nobody has called with my results and my doctor, who I had seen once, retired. Guess I’m just SOL. Oh, and don’t expect any electronic health records or portal. Everything is paper only.
I've been going here for a while now and I struggled to get them to listen when I said something was wrong with my cycle. I kept telling them I couldn't keep track of it and that it's always hurt really bad. It wasn't until one of my cramps caused me to lose consciousness that they finally took me seriously. Melissa in Kyla Grimes office is unprofessional, extremely incompetent and rude. The billing office is even worse. Will not return my phone calls.
Getting ahold of anyone is impossible. No calls back after leaving voicemails. Got denied service due to thyroid. Got my thyroid levels to healthy and now cannot get anyone to contact me. Absolutely unprofessional
