Our experience with a major renovation by Great Falls Construction of Gorham, ME, was better than we ever dreamed possible. All who witnessed the progress of the work have commented that they have never seen a construction project that progressed so quickly and efficiently. Horrible construction company. Site manager was a nightmare. Things stolen ,things broken, and they don't care. They will deny any wrong doing. Avesta Housing says they will never use them again. Stay clear of these people. Caveat Emptor!
The owner is super nice! They create great buildings too!
