Terrible follow up and communication.
15 minutes late for appointment so turned away for services. Lady at front desk is unpleasant, rude & difficult at best. Not willing to offer or make any accommodations - including to reschedule. Customer service is critical to any company. GF Clinic strikes out with this person. I'll never be back.. I've rescheduled with Benefis Radiology. I'll be sure to share my experience with friends & family
