I went in for an oil change and they did an overlook of my vehicle and found a few serious problems that need to be fixed ASAP to keep me on the road and I appreciate that very much.
Charged me $288 to balance my tires. Came in because of vibration at highway speeds. Even after explaining that I've bought new rims and tires, and has happened with both sets (so not the tires). Called them out on the poor quality of service. Two people supposedly test drove the vehicle (total of less then 7 miles) in town so never drove fast enough to test. Very welcoming and friendly folks! They provided great service and honored their advertised coupons with no hidden fees/charges. Hard to find straight shooters these days! Glad I finally made the appointment!
They were professional and kept me informed. Their waiting area was the best I have ever seen and they got my repairs done as quickly as possible.
Left my car with them for an oil change and new brakes and rotors. It took 4 days and cost $1500, here we are almost 2 months later and my brakes are SO LOUD.
