This office is great! Upfront about all copays before treatment is performed. So there are no surprises. New doctor in the office with some different staff members. Lovedddddd Dr. Rizk. So gentle and patient and thorough. Highly recommend. Some of these reviews are old...the office is nothing as explained in the other reviews. Very good experience here! I've referred some friends here since my last visit with this doc! Very energetic, sweet and knowledgeable.
Bad experience. Overcharges. Former dentist never charged me out of pocket fees for ANY dental work, when I switched to this office (because of distance) I'm charged an "in office fee"! Fillings, she claims are not fully covered by my insurance, are covered, and they were pushing so much dental (unnecessary) work that was costly. Went back to former dentist...no more out of pocket anything! And my Dentist said I didn't need any of that work done! Be cautious!! Be warned!
Dentist in practice for only two years, no information from former patients or the dental referral service on the rating of care. The physical condition of the exterior of the building is in repair. There is a huge hole in the roof overhanging the entrance and no apparent way to see what condition the exam rooms are in.
