I had an appointment last Friday for cleaning at 7 am. The place was closed until a very nice young man opened the door around 8 am. There was no receptionist, (the manager overslept) and no dentist, they had a substitute oral hygienist, which got there a little after me, we waited an hour until the young man opened the door. The oral hygienist decided to work on the next appointment, so up to this day, no one called me apologizing or trying to make an appointment again after I waited more than an hour out in the parking lot... read more
