HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT GO HERE! We are new customers and my husband just went for a cleaning and check up. When scheduling the appointment, the woman on the phone did not tell us that x-rays and cleanings are done separate. This is the first time we have visited a dentist who works this way. Our time is valuable and apparently this dentist does not agree. We were charged for a second set of x-rays that were out side of what our insurance covers. Since covid and reopening Great Expressions is now charging a $15 room cleaning fee for each patient. I thought this was steep but agreed to pay it before having my teeth cleaned. But then as I lay there during procedure i noticed a layer of dust on the walls and ceiling air vent. Bottom line is...the rooms are not being cleaned. It's just a fee for them to make $ money that was lost during the covid pandemic. Call it something else Great Expressions Dental but don't call it a room cleaning fee.
I regret having to leave a bad review but people must know what is going on. Great Expression is not a dentist owned company.
