I went to this dentist because they were able to see me same day when I broke a tooth. My dentist regular dentist said it would need a crown, would not see me for 2 weeks, and refused to give me my records for 3 days. I went to Dr. Ennis and he filled the tooth quickly and it looks great. It was inexpensive and they were very professional. I will use them again.

I went to this dentist for convenience. Close to my job and my home and it was in network. I was told I had severe periodontal disease and that I needed very expensive 'deep cleanings' that I was never able to afford. With my insurance I am able to get 2 free regular cleanings per calendar year. Bullsboro Drive dental REFUSED to do the cleanings due to the severity of my peridontal disease. Rip Off! They tell everyone they have periodontal disease and need deep cleanings. Everytime they tell me a specific visit for a cleaning is going to be $20 per person then when we arrive we have periodontal disease again and then try to bill me $500+. Not just the first visit do they claim periodontal disease by every single time we need a cleaning and try to pull BS of $500 billings no matter what we go there for. I had been to another group practice so when I found out this was a corporation I was unsure. However from the moment I stepped in the office I knew this was not like the other practice. The manager her self assured me over the phone I would love the doctor and would not regret changing dentist and I didn't. I do not like the open rooms though I do wish they were closed but I felt very comfortable and will now recommend all my family and co-workers to let Dr.Trice be there dental provider.

I would recomend this dentist to anyone!!! The dentist her self is so careing and all of the staff are very nice and helpfull.

I had cause to visit this dentist in August. The dentist there told me how much the charges would be to receive fillings,crowns,labwork,etc. I paid the agreed upon price IN FULL before I left the dental office. A month later, they're sending me another bill for labwork. I received another bill in October with additional fees added on it;administartive fees and late charges; even though I was told that I did not owe the money by the dentist herself. I was not happy with the service that i received at this dentist. They do not tell you at the time of making your appointment they they require a credit or debit card number on file. This is so that if your insurance does not pay within 30 days they charge you. This is really no big deal. The service is poor, and their dental work is the same. I have 2 fillings, now my teeth KILL me. I cannot even eat a PB&J sandwich without MUCH pain. Now I have to deal with this pain because to go to another dentist I need my x-rays which ... read more
