Extremely rude office manager Kelly. Tried to ask about the fees and she spoke to me as if I was an idiot instead of being professional. I tried to explain what my insurance told me and she completely blew me off. Don't recommend at all!
Five stars and many hugs! I will always have much love and appreciation for this office. My family member was in the hospital and tranferred to rehab between surgeries. During this transfer his dentures were lost. I was blessed to speak to Kelli. She understood my concerns and urgency, answered all of my questions, made me feel hopeful. Like a good friend. She informed me of the Smile Protection Plan which saved us a lot. She said they would do all they could to help replace the dentures in time. And these fine ladies delive... read more
