I called because I had a broken tooth on a Friday at closing because I didn’t have a dentist. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful in getting things together that they taught me how to 3 way call my insurance and get in. Monday I came in the first appointment Monday. The staff is very kind & personable. Unfortunately the past couple times I've been in, my wait is usually around 35mins which is a bit curious as it usually seems quiet when I visit, mid morning, during the week day. 🙃
The cleaning of my teeth went okay, but I waited over a half hour for the dentist. The lady at the desk wasn't friendly when I wished to just check out and go home. The dentist was apologetic and kind. And said next time if I don't want to wait for him to just check out. I would've appreciated it, if the rest of the staff would've given me that option. I was sore, tired, and hungry.
The staff, front desk, technicians and dentists are always professional, but kind.
