Johnny and Nicole are both so friendly, accommodating, and professional. I am usually always a bit nervous to have someone new colour/cut my hair because I do not like too much change, but I am always left feeling confident with the advice given and end result. Johnny was able to colour correct, cut, and treat my hair that was previously quite damaged. I first visited Great Expectations in October 2024, I wasn’t sure what to expect as I had been trying to find the colour I had back home in the Uk for the past 10 years since I came here. I took the details from someone I bumped into in the a store as I complemented her hair. I can only say I found what I was looking for and more! Absolutely excellent year in and out! Both myself and my wife have been coming to great expectation for a few years now, and have had great experiences each and every time. Nicole and Johnny treat us like family, and take the time with our haircuts/trims/colour/styling after carefully listening to what we want and giving the necessary professional advice.
