My wife and I attended “Steak 101” at Meadow Muse Pavillion hosted by Great Events Catering. I’d call it a hot mess but that might imply that any of the food was actually hot. It was slow and disorganized. The bar line was so slow that it took until an hour after the event start just to get people seated with drinks, and it was half an hour after that before we got our first course of salad. I must give a 'Glowing' Review for Great Events Catering. It was excellent Service and attention to detail from the very first phone call (with Caroline Mazzillo) about planning a Catered Dinner Party for 40 people. The Party was a Mexican Fiesta Theme, and ALL the food was 'outstanding' which incorporated this cuisine. The Empanadas, Enchiladas, Quesadillas, Mexican Rice, Kabobs, Greek Salad, Hand-Cut Tortilla Chips with homemade Salsa & Guacamole and all the Desserts were absolutely 'delicious'!! Attended a Mexican themed birthday party with great event catering. The food was amazing!! Favorites were jalapeño mushroom caps and chicken quesadillas. Everything was perfect!
