We called for assistance with a slide that would not retract, late in the evening, and Josh and his crew made it to us after a couple of other stops. He was tenacious in his efforts to help, and was able to get the slide in. He also helped with our levelers while he was there. He then provided references to technicians at our next stop to complete the repairs. Great job, very knowledgeable and professional. Just a great guy to work with, really put a couple of rookie campers at ease!
