Fantastic service all along with real and conscientious people behind the scene. Questions answered quickly, delivery updates sent by text. I bought a swag and all of this contributed to good night sleeps! When I got a small issue with one the swag parts, Great Escape Camping sourced another part for me. Extremely bad customer service...., I decided to purchase "first time shopping here" a set of binoculars as they were on sale start of last month, due to end of financial year, the binoculars were pre- order saying the ETA was around 12th June, a few days before the ETA it blow out till the 25th, being now the sales were about to finish being right at the end of the financial year 25th sales, I only had a few days left, the 25th came, now the binoculars were saying on the website sold out, I messaged with a text message on w... read more
