My last experience with Great East Title Company was both good and bad. On the positive side, the legal service was very good for the most part. The closing attorney was able to resolve an issue with the deed to the property. On the negative side, the administrative service was not good at all. The settlement coordinator sent me a outdated deed for review; the closing documents had an incorrect address listed for me and the settlement coordinator did not send me a corrected copy as requested; additionally, I was not provided... read more
