Neil and his crew did a complete remodel on a home I sold in Orange County. The attention to detail in every square inch of this home were second to none. The kitchen and bathroom features were unique and fresh and there were so many compliments on how beautiful his work was. I highly recommend his services!
Overall the experience was very frustrating, communication was poor, and Neil Spain did not honor the warranty in our contract. If you can afford it, I would recommend going with someone else. If my wife didnt work less than a mile from the house, the results would have been worse, as she was called back to the house nearly daily for questions and clarifications. Absolutly the Best design and installation work. The designs were drawn to appropriate scale and gave us a very good perception of what the finished hardscape would look like. The finished work was done in the time frame promised and on budget. The work and materials were superior in quality. Thank you Neil.
