Picked this place based on great reviews. I was not disappointed. I called to make a bath appointment for my puppy and was fit it within a day. When I got to the facility it was clean, they were very friendly, welcoming and sweet to my dog. He came out smelling like a rose! Clean, beautiful and happy! I would recommend this groomer to anyone looking.
These are the sweetest and friendliest people in Cleveland. My dog goes to day care there sometimes and they play with the dogs and not cage them. They really care about the dogs, so when they groom them, all that you expect is what you get! they are wonderful!
