Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Great Doctors Medical Centers. My husband did the medical exam for his DZ licence with them, and about two months later we found out the document had an error in the DriveTest system. After that, we tried contacting them several times for guidance and support, but we did not get any response. We sent multiple messages and never got a solution. For such an important service, we expected more responsibility and better customer service.
We wish more clinics like this were available, absolutely the best support and services we have received for our employees, exceptional facilities and very friendly staff.
