We purchased a used car, and paid full in cash. We were told the permanent plates and registration would be sent in the mail within three months. It’s going on almost five months now that we haven’t received anything. Our tags are now expired with temporary plates. When my husband has reached out to salesman of this issue, he says he’ll get with his manager and does not get back in touch with him.
