We had a very disappointing experience with Great Deal Auto, particularly with the salesman Indi. After signing a contract and paying a deposit in good faith, the dealership went against the terms of that agreement. Indi completely disregarded the contract we had in place, and our deposit was taken under misleading circumstances. WATCH OUT!!! I was interested in a vehicle that was quoted on facebook at 57990(down from 59990) then Indy, the sales manager, said he would sell for 55000. I had offered 54000. I said I would think about it. I called the next day and he said the price was 60000 and denied offering 55000 said 'no handshake or nothing'. He also lied about other things to do with the vehicle, and some other things he said didnt seem right. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a car yard. Wasn’t helpful at all and as soon as the deal was done he became very rude and obnoxious. This mob has cost me thousands of dollars and heartbreak.
