The process was so stress-free! That’s what I was looking for. They communicated with me effectively and did what they said they would. I actually had hired a different company and fired that company just 4 days before my planned move and Cindy was such a pleasure to work with!
The owners of this company should change the name to "Graft" Moving"! I chose them because of a friend's rec. I should not. The young men who did the moving were them selves hard-working, timely & courteous. I was initially quoted $1,400 for a 3 min move from a 1,700 sq foot home, & agreed to this price.. I have used Great Day Moving twice now. One for a personal move and one for a business move. Both times, the team arrived on time, and handled the belonging with utmost care. I will absolutely be recommending Great Day Moving to all of our future tenants and prospects!
Tae, Bobby and Cooper (and one additional mover) were excellent! They were courteous, worked well as a team and worked within our time constraints even though it was the hottest day of the year! We highly recommend the team!! It would have been great had the company provided floor coverings/mats to protect the floor, especially carpet film on the stairs, door pads, etc would have been helpful but the team that did the heavy lifting and moving were terrific!!
