This company has terrible su toner derive unless you are dealing with sales they have no time or response. The cost is extreme and you expect quality service. They didn’t permit the work they done and when you try to contact them to rectify a matter they refuse to respond. I would not recommend. The work was of average quality. The service after they’ve taken your money couldn’t be worse.
These people are horrible at customer service and should not be dealt with. They don’t finish the job, they try to take your money without completing the work, and they won’t answer the phone. Do NOT throw your money away with this company. The manager and supervisors should be fired.
I contracted Patio Enclosure, now called Great Day Improvement to do a patio enclosure for my screened in porch. This was a gigantic mistake. Their installers are all of Hispanic decent and can't speak English so you can't communicate with them when you see something wrong. The management is very cold and lack empathy, they could care less about the customers all they're about is getting their money. So disappointed in this company. We have leaks from the get go. I had to call many times to get a response. It took several weeks for them to come back out to fix the leaks. However the worker left saying not to check for leaks for a few days because he used cement in one area. A few days later we checked for leaks and we still have leaks. Also, two of our screens were creased. There is no product management checking before sending out or the guys that build it are not careful.
