I contracted Patio Enclosure, now called Great Day Improvement to do a patio enclosure for my screened in porch. This was a gigantic mistake. Their installers are all of Hispanic decent and can't speak English so you can't communicate with them when you see something wrong. The management is very cold and lack empathy, they could care less about the customers all they're about is getting their money. So disappointed in this company. We have leaks from the get go. I had to call many times to get a response. It took several weeks for them to come back out to fix the leaks. However the worker left saying not to check for leaks for a few days because he used cement in one area. A few days later we checked for leaks and we still have leaks. Also, two of our screens were creased. There is no product management checking before sending out or the guys that build it are not careful. Patio Enclosure is now part of great day improvement. The patio bldg is over hanging the concrete. They cracked my existing concrete in three places. I got a space heater, that i had for years. Now the electricity keeps tripping the breaker for my living room.
