Patio Enclosure is now part of great day improvement. The patio bldg is over hanging the concrete. They cracked my existing concrete in three places. I got a space heater, that i had for years. Now the electricity keeps tripping the breaker for my living room.
Absolutely horrible customer service! The salesperson measured our patio wrong for the concrete contractor. This left a huge gap between the sunroom and our pavers. They asked the concrete guy to come back out, he did, and he botched the job. Great Day Improvements refuses to take accountability for their mistake! The concrete guy did not measure wrong, they did. The area supervisor Amanda Bennett refuses to work with us, she just gives the response of this is not our problem, call the concrete contractor.
