Outstanding customer service from Brad in Brisbane. We moved house recently and bought a lot of new furniture from various stores/ suppliers and the service we received at Great Dane was above them all- thanks Brad!

Buyer beware. They do not exchange. They claim items are custom made when in fact they come from a company that replicate the same chairs. Beautifully made but not custom in terms of dimensions or style. The people are very nice but the exchange policies emulate that of a high street brand. Photos sent in pictures to confirm product DO NOT replicate what you will receive. Overall very disappointed.
Customer service is alive and well! Excellent service from Sam and Nina. They couldn't do enough to help us. This degree of service should be the norm but is very hard to find. Thank you.
