The Greate Dane customer service appalling – The customer service is appalling. My charge card was debited twice for the same item. I paid in full over the phone and my son pick the item up. When I checked my charge card online, that is when I discovered that the Great Dane had charge my account twice. I called and requested to speak with the manager; she was not there. Great Customer Service – We purchased our wedding cake from Great Dane Bakery upon the advice of 2 people. Boy are we glad we did! They were always friendly and conversational. They were very patient and relaxed at our cake tasting. We didn't feel rushed to make that all important wedding cake flavor decision! Fabulous Cakes and Great Desserts – This bakery is a great find. I've grown absolutely sick of eating rock hard pastries that are factory made from Starbucks (which run rampant in this area) and have been looking for a good famiy owned place for a long time. This is a family owned business that has a homey feel to it. The desserts are made fresh daily and sit temptingly in the glass display. The danish is wonderful, and the small desserts are great. Tastes Great if you can overlook the bad attitudes! – Hands down the best cake I have ever had! I order at least one cake a month for different events. The month of Sept I order at least four birthday cakes and October 3. The customer service although is quite the oppisite. The staff seems very put off to have to actually take cake orders and help with design questions. It is disapointing to say the least ,but again the cake tastes great and the designers are amazing. Just don't expect to get the warm fuzzy's from the staff.
