BAD!!! I went to get my hair trimmed up. I left with half of my hair on the floor. It is very uneven. It is thinned out so much in the back and thick on the sides and front. I have to pull it back and wait for it to grow out because it looks so chopped up. I went home and cried, I don't even trust them enough to go back to "get it fixed", if it gets any shorter it will be a mullet.
