I went to the salon with my mother just to touch up her blonde roots. The stylist pushed us into doing highlights, saying it would look better. The result was horrible. The hair came out with a gray/lilac tone and looks nothing like what we asked for. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of care and the poor result. It completely ruined her hair.

Great Cuts Family Salon is easily my go-to spot. The service is consistently sharp, the place is clean, and my son and I always leave looking better than when we walked in. Before I decided to undergo a hair transplant last year I asked my stylists their thoughts on them since I figured they would have seen plenty. Kid friendly place! I went there for my kids haircut and I loved the haircut. They also have toys and play area. We were happy with overall service. My husband has bald patch and the lady cuts his hair in style to hide some of it and we are impressed by her expertise.
