Second time I've been here, to recovery a vehicle that just needed fuel, but their diagnostics can't even see when a fuel guage says "12 miles to empty" could of gone round a corner and pulled air up 🤦♂️ now I have to mess about rebuilding what they've stripped.... Again...
Excellent and fast service to get my car back on its way. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and couldn’t recommend more!
I’ll start with the positives. I needed my car servicing on a weekend, which they were the only garage who offered it. Staff are friendly and courteous and were apologetic when needing to rectify mistakes. However, this was let down by the fact that the service was extremely overpriced. £450 for their simplest service was quite shocking to receive. They also didn’t communicate well - told me to come at 12pm to collect the vehicle, I arranged a lift there only for them to tell me my car won’t be ready for another few hours. I... read more
