This place has a great environment. The staff are welcoming and friendly. All the staff do a great job cutting and styling your hair. My top favorite stylist would have to be Sana! I actually switched to this location from another location just cause my first visit with Sana was above and beyond. I was satisfied with the job she did and how friendly she was. On days where she is not in I have had the opertunity to see the other stylists work and was not disappointed. I recommend this location you also wont be disappointed!
Booked online today for my son and I. I was both physically and virtually ahead of a man today, I believe his name was Moe. This was around 5:40 pm. We booked online, we were in the #1 position, my son was in the chair and the second hair dresser decided to let her friend, cousin, relative (whoever it was) ahead of me. I had a very disappointing experience at this location twice! and I regret giving it a second chance. Both times, I was attended by the same young stylist (out of the three staff members she is the youngest, I didn’t catch her name as it wasn’t mentioned). Unfortunately, she did a very poor job on both visits. My haircut was uneven with a bad blend, and my beard trim was patchy with uneven lines.
