She did a great job but the experience was off and unpleasant. They were reluctant to work on my hair because it was long. The stylist scratched the side of my face when she was doing the shampooing. My hair was dry and needed a lot cut off and she didn’t want to recommend what I needed because it was too drastic. She wouldn’t give to me straight what I needed to do so I basically had to tell her to recommend to me what I needed. It was such a weird experience.
