Checked in online and was told to arrive in 7 minutes. I hopped in my car and rushed down. Got a message saying I was next when I was parking. Walked in behind a woman with three kids checking them and herself in. What I thought was going to be no wait got pushed up to a 30 minute wait even though I was checked in while that lady was barely checking in. Not worth coming back here
I am saddened about my haircut yesterday. I told the stylist what I wanted and came away with a little boys haircut. I am mortified about this. Please make sure your stylists listens to you and your instruction. I hope I have the nerve to go again but not to that stylist.
My hair cut with Debra went great. She was on time and did a great job with the requests that I made. Very friendly and I felt valued as a customer.
