We got my boys hair cuts today showed rhwm a picture and it was nothing like the picture she cut my 6 yr olds hair so short it’s almost like a buzz cut them my 3 yr old special needs son she cut his ear and some spots on his head beyond pissed about it
Do away with the check in system! Creates issues when someone gets there one minute before the other person.
Checking in online saves so much time, I walked in, there were 2 other guys there but because checkin on the app, they called me 1st.
Had a great haircut today. Staff was very friendly and the shop was very clean. Glad I dont have to drive to Anna or Mckinney anymore.
My mom, daughter and myself went in for haircuts today. They were busy and there was a wait. We put our names in and waited probably 15 minutes. In that time I notice how pleasant the ladies working were. I was very pleased with all our hair hyts and we will be going back.
