I didn't get the young lady's name but I was in Friday afternoon and I really like my haircut!
We like coming to Great Clips because they are open on Saturday (my wife works Monday - Friday) and they keep a record of our preferred haircut. The people are friendly.
This is always a great place for a haircut. The staff are friendly and do a fine job. I also love the check-in feature in the app, and the location is perfect.

Service was quick and pleasant, the staff was friendly, and best of all, I walked in on the first day of their Haircut promotion! Update: Came back for an update on my haircut, and once again everyone was so nice and did such an amazing job on my hair! I feel totally refreshed for the new year!
