I went in there to get a hair cut and the hair stylist was very rude to my mother and I. When my mom tried to point out that the hair cut was looking a little choppy and asked if she could straighten the cut a little bit, the hair stylist became very rude and made snarky comments like, "did you go to beauty school? Did you learn how to cut hair? Yeah, I didn't think so. I know what I'm doing." I visited this salon yesterday for a haircut, and unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed with the results. The cut is noticeably uneven—there isn’t a single part that looks properly blended or symmetrical. The left side is visibly shorter than the right, the back is not cut straight, and the overall style looks very choppy. I also asked for a specific length to be taken off, but they removed nearly double that. I now have to go to another salon to get it fixed. This was really frustrating and disappointing.
