I went in on 8/13/2025 to get my 18 month olds hair cut. He had long curls in the back. I asked Somrack to give him a trim so he could still keep some curls. She started using the clippers and comb and just chopping it all off. My son was crying, she didn’t care and didn’t even try to help. When we were finished she didn’t even help us brush all the hair off myself or him. She was simply rude and gave my son the worst 1st haircut.
